Great video :) I have a quick question: Let's say someone approaches a worm and unconsciously reacts in fear, creating what they perceive as an internal aversive stimuli that's then associated with the worm and as a result avoids worms in the future. Would that be considered a form of aversive punishment (possibly unconsciously self-imposed) because the approach behavior was lessened by the introduction of the aversive stimuli of fear? And if the person continued to react in fear whenever a worm was experienced, either physically or even just the mention of one, and thus continued to avoid them because of the fear, would that then be negative reinforcement because theyre avoiding the worm to take away to aversive stimuli? If you made it through those two long questions, I thank you! 😅
